Availa Bank Announces New Vice President Mortgage Loan Officer
Terry Mulder, an experienced Mortgage Lender, is joining the Sioux City team
Sioux City, Iowa (June 3, 2022) – Availa Bank is proud to announce the hiring of Terry Mulder as the new Vice President Mortgage Loan Officer at the Sioux City branch.
Terry comes to Availa with 20 years of experience in the banking industry. In 2021, he received the Winner’s Circle award through the Iowa Mortgage Association for being a top producer. In his new position as Vice President Mortgage Loan Officer, his primary responsibilities will be Residential Lending with a focus on FHA, VA, Conventional, and Construction loans.
Terry is a native of Sioux Center, IA and received his B.A. from Dordt College. He moved to Sioux City in 2000.
Outside of work, Terry is active in his church. He is married with three daughters and enjoys being outside, golfing, watching NFL games, and cheering on his favorite college football teams.
