Community Reinvestment Act
What is the Community Reinvestment Act?
The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) encourages banks to help meet the credit needs of communities in which they operate, including low and moderate income neighborhoods. This ensures federally insured banks meet the credit needs of the communities they serve and are consistent with safe and sound banking practices.
Availa Bank is pleased to provide information for the public under the CRA. If you have any questions on the documents found below, please reach out to an Availa Bank team member at the location nearest you for assistance. Under the CRA, the public file must be maintained and current as of April 1 of each year.
