Availa Bank Promotes Branch Operations Supervisor
Rhaea Burgin, current Availa Bank team member, will take on new role.
Fort Dodge, Iowa (December 9, 2024) – Availa Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Rhaea Burgin, former Branch Operations Supervisor, to Retail Banking Officer.
Burgin has been with Availa Bank since 2021, having held a management position at Casey’s prior to being employed at the bank. In her new role, Burgin is responsible for consumer loans, business accounts, consumer accounts, supervision of Retail staff, and Security Officer duties. She graduated from Iowa Central Community College in 2013 with an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts.
Burgin grew up in Duncombe, Iowa, graduating from Webster City High School in 2010. She currently lives on an acreage and is heavily involved with community organizations outside of work, including the Fort Dodge Leadership Group, Meals on Wheels, and Shellabration.
Burgin has three children and a husband in the agriculture industry. In her free time, she is passionate about photography and traveling.
