Availa Bank Promotes Branch Operations Supervisor to Retail Banking Officer
Kelsi Schneckloth, current team member in Holstein, will take over the role
Holstein, Iowa (October 29, 2024) – Availa Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelsi Schneckloth to Retail Banking Officer at their Holstein Branch.
Schneckloth has been with the bank since 2019, starting as a Universal Banker and working her way up to Branch Operations Supervisor. Before coming to Availa Bank, she worked as a Universal Banker at another financial institution.
As the Retail Banking Officer, Schneckloth’s responsibilities include building relationships with new clients and businesses, as well as strengthening current client relationships. She also is responsible for training and supervising all retail staff in the Holstein branch.
Schneckloth graduated from Ridge View High School and has attended multiple trainings related to her role through the Iowa Bankers Association to ensure she is up to date on various financial topics.
Outside of work, Schneckloth is dedicated to the community through her work as a volunteer EMT with the Cushing Fire Department. She is married with three children.
