Availa Bank Welcomes New Branch Manager in Council Bluffs
Matt Kluver joins the Availa Bank team.
Council Bluffs, Iowa (June 17, 2025) – Availa Bank is pleased to welcome Matt Kluver as the new Branch Manager for the Council Bluffs locations. Kluver will be responsible for managing the Downtown and Bennett locations, while also performing business and community development functions within the Council Bluffs market.
Kluver has a Master of Arts in Business Management from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science from Mathematics University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He has also completed the Advanced School of Banking at the Kansas and Nebraska Schools of Banking, and Principles of Commercial Lending at the Kansas and Nebraska Schools of Banking. Most recently, Kluver managed a branch where he performed the micro-business lending and did market development, a role similar to others he has held at other financial institutions.
He has been in the metropolitan area since 1999 and is heavily involved in the community, sitting on the Board of Directors for three area Chambers of Commerce and Duet (a nonprofit that advocates for individuals with intellectual disabilities). Kluver also serves on a committee for the Kansas and Nebraska Schools of Banking.
