Kevin Geis Leads Ames Branch as New Market President
Ames, Iowa (July 27, 2020) - Availa Bank ("Availa"), is pleased to announce the hiring of Kevin Geis as Ames Market President Eastern Regional Manager for its Ames Branch. Kevin joined the Availa Bank team in July 2020. Availa, which has Iowa roots dating back to 1870, opened their Ames branch location on June 24, 2019.
Geis brings with him 40 years of banking experience and a strong commitment to the Ames community. Geis has lived in the Ames community for over 25 years. He currently serves as a board member for the Matthew 25 House and is a member of the State Center Lions Club. He is past president of the Ames Chamber of Commerce and has also served as a board member for Habitat for Humanity, the Ames Economic Development Commission, the United Way of Ames, and the Christ Community Church.
